A few days ago we met with Andrea & Jason at the Berry Barn to do their engagement session. We took a few shots there, then we headed to Poplar Bluffs Conservation area which is near where I live and then lastly we went to an old shack. The lighting was great all evening! A couple days ago we went to the Forestry Farm to meet with Becky & Steve to do their engagement photos. After we were done taking photos at the Forestry Farm we headed to Broadway to take some more urban looking images. We’re looking forward to their wedding this October! This past weekend Whitney and I photographed Maggie & Bob’s wedding. We met Maggie and her bridesmaids in the morning at Ethos Salon downtown to take getting ready photos and for the first time, video footage! We then headed over to Maggie & Bob’s beautiful home to have some snacks and to continue to take photos of Maggie getting ready. For the formal pictures we went around the U of S and after the ceremony we took some inside their awesome suite on the 18th floor of the Radisson Hotel in downtown Saskatoon. The room they booked for the reception was amazing and the food was delicious too! The whole day was a blast but the program at their reception was the icing on the cake =).

This was our first wedding video we’ve made and we’re pretty excited about how it turned out! We can’t wait to take more video at future weddings. The video footage was captured with a 5D Mark II. Lenses used: 70-200 2.8, 100 2.8 macro and a 45 2.8 TS-E. View the HD version here
