On July 11th we had the privilege of shooting Lise and Erik’s wedding. One of the best parts of shooting weddings is getting the opportunity to get to know and spend time with awesome people like these two =) We had a perfect overcast day for the photos and I LOVE how they turned out!

Whitney and I have been looking forward to July 4th for some time now – Jaime and Leigh’s wedding day! They are such a gorgeous couple and they were so much fun to photograph. They had an unforgettable ceremony, it was at the amphitheater at River Landing! A wake boarding competition was behind us on the water, the dining in the sky was to our right, and the Jazz festival to our left.

I am glad you did pets in the park. I did it last year and also gave them the proceeds. I didn’t do it this year – as I mentioned I hurt my back and after shooting all day on Saturday I just didn’t want to put myself through that. I am going to give Pets in the Park the same donation as I ended up giving them last year. I just love photographing dogs and cats – I was thinking of doing a whole section on my website or blog on my 3 critters!

Pets in the Park is an annual event held in Kiwanis Memorial Park (across the street from the Sheraton) to raise money for pets through the Saskatoon SPCA, Street Cat Rescue (SCAT) and New Hope Dog Rescue.
We will have a table set up where you can get a mini portrait session of your pet! The prices are very reasonable and 100% of the proceeds are going to the Pets in the Park foundation!
For 20$ you will get a mini portrait session of your pet and two 5×7 photos mailed out to you, as well as 10% off your next booking with En Vogue Photography (excluding weddings). Reprints are $5, the full resolution files are $5 each and 16×24 canvas photos are $60- we will have a sample at our table. One of the pet portraits we photograph will be the “poster pet” for next year’s Pets in the Park poster!

Hi Dylan… Small world… I coached the Simington sisters when I taught at Bowman. We won a couple of city team championships in cross country together.
